Remote Access Authorization
KEYper Systems Support Staff can utilize remote access of your KEYper Key Management systems to enhance training, support and overall end user experience. Remote Access can be used for general support, online training, general software updates and many more processes.
KEYper Systems Support will offer 3 Methods of Remote Access for you to select from:
- Unattended Access – KEYper Systems can access the system(s) without assistance from the end user.
- Attended Access – KEYper Systems can access the system(s) only when the end user is present.
- No Access – KEYper Systems will have no access to the system(s)
End users can work with KEYper Systems support staff at anytime to modify the default Remote Access Setting. If you need further clarification of the above options, please contact KEYper Systems Support Staff. If at any time you wish to change the default setting of your KEYper Key Management system, please contact a member of the KEYper Systems Support Staff.
